Each Shaker Baker ham is slowly cured and carefully trimmed the old-fashioned way. Twenty four hours of slow smoking over sweet maple wood ensures the most tender and fullest flavored ham you will ever serve. Our hams are spiral sliced for ease of serving and each ham is slowly glazed using only the finest of spices. Old-Fashioned curing means: no fillers, no MSG, and lower sodium - which means fabulous taste. We have both "on the bone" and "off the bone" options.
